↩️ Returns & Refunds
Because every item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Once the issue has been reviewed, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.
❌ Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
Orders may only be canceled or modified before production begins. Once an order enters production, we are unable to make changes or cancel it because each item is custom made.
📏 Size Guide
Every product page includes a detailed size chart to help you choose the best fit.
- Measurements may vary by approximately ±1 inch (2.5 cm).
- Compare the measurements with a favorite shirt you already own.
- If you’re between sizes, we recommend ordering one size up for a more relaxed fit.
🚚 Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available after the shipping carrier receives your package.
If you haven’t received your tracking email or need help locating your shipment, simply contact us with your order number and we’ll be happy to assist.

For best results, wash garments inside out with cold water, avoid bleach, and tumble dry on low heat or hang dry whenever possible.
